Has anyone ordered from them before and if so how did it go ?
I placed an order last week and have yet to receive anything or even a reply to my phone messages.
Concerned as we need it for the weekend.
Anyone any experience with them ?

I think from past reports their customer service is generally quite good. They do a lot of shows though so may have been away. I'm surprised you haven't had a call back though. Glen

Yes im surprised as one of the numbers they give is a mobile number on the landline answer phone.
Not happy as i cant stand poor customer service especially when you think how much it is.

Well i reckon old dear is right, at last i got a reply.Basically they have been away at a show and will send it today to be with me in 4 days.
All very well but already told her im away from tomorrow and needed it and wont be in to take delivery.
Asked if she could send it 24 delivery so i get it and to make up for the messing about but no reply till now.
She has refunded my money as they wont do a 24 delivery as she cant guarantee it will arive.Errm i thought if you paid for 24 hour delivery it arrived in 24 hours ?
More like they didn't want to foot the bill of it.
Well it seems i wont be ordering anything from them ever again.
Amateurs, poor communication and no idea of even trying to look after a paying customer.
Sure business's can have problems, its how they try and overcome them that counts.
I could be singing their praises right now for making sure i got it in time considering they messed up, but alas im certainly not.

Shame you didn't get the service you expected as its a great bit of kit, we got ours at a show and wouldn't be without it now.

At £10 - £15 for postage I'd expect it to be delivered 24hr courier as standard !
I know people rave about them but still can't work out how they can be that much better than a saucepan with tight fitting a lid.

Eaxctly !! The product isnt cheap so i dont think its unfair to expect a little bit of customer service.
Is it any wonder small business's go under when people try to support them and pay higher prices yet get shoddy service ?

Brilliant piece of kit though, does everything an oven, a twin set of pans, a frying pan and a two tier pan does, all in one, and really good non stick coating.

To be fair i get the impression it is a small family run business.When i ordered a replacement handle about 4 years ago they never had a web page.
Mine is ok even though i have trouble working it like an oven with a joint of meat in.
I dont think you will have any problems of ordering anything off them as it the only product they do.
