Hi just emailed go for a price match and they emailed back with a ticket it doesn't confirm anything it just has a number on it like a ref number I'm a bit baffled what I meant to do with it can anyone help

It's probably just the confirmation email advising they have received your email. They will send you another email (normally within 24 hours) confirming the price. Sometimes it's quicker just to call and then ask them to email confirmation of the price match. You then have 7 days to use instore or online.

Think you'll find this is just the enquiry ref number, you should get another email (possibly in a few days) confirming if they'll price match or not.

If you don't get the second email, when you chase them up you can quote the ref number so they can find your initial enquiry easily

Ive just done exactly the same today so i rang them with the ref number and they price matched over the phone then emailed me the conformation, so i would give them a call in the morning
