Neither a trailer nor roof box
This one comes with the option of add-ons like a cycle carrier, box, bag, or basket, but all a bit steep, price-wise. 45kg weight limit, but I suspect this would be the perfect accompaniment to my already full Astravan, particularly as for my next trip, I have to replace an Icarus 500 & extension with a bloody gret Filey 6 Polycotton!!
Has anybody any experience of these?
This particular model relies on a tow bar, which I don't currently have, but I'm off to see if there are any that just rig up to the back door, like some cycle carriers.
I'm just about to start looking into it, see if there are cheaper options, pref without the need to stump up for a tow bar first.
Any feed back would be very much appreciated.

Have today booked my van in for the first week in sept, to have a tow bar fitted, and one of these.....
They do come with the option of additional bag, box, or indeed cycle rack, but the prices, particularly the (admittedly very smart looking) box are a £ too far, considering my spending of late!!!
Next quest...... a search for a cheaper, but just as suitable storage/carrier option, to sit on it.
If I come on here any time within the next 3 years, asking for advice on suitable trailers, please ban me from the forum, without appeal!!!
