I am trying to gauge how much gas is left in the cylinder.

I have a fishermans style hook scale and the canister weighs approx. 3.5KG. I understand that the net weight given on the side 1.8KG is the max amount of gas possible.

However, I find this website online which says the max total weight of a 904 is 3.3KG

Can anyone enlighten me?!

so if I;ve got this right, my cylinder currently weighs 3.5kg. The gross weight is 4.8kg. The cylinder when empty weighs 3kg. I therefore have 0.5kg left?
