We bought an Outwell Coolbox in the end of season sale last summer and stored it away ready for this year. Due to the horrible weather this year we have only just used it. It worked for 3 days then suddenly stopped working, so not impressed. I've emailed Outwell to tell them about it, but it seems customer support isn't the best. Has anyone had any similar problems?
Its been said loads of times before your contract is with the retailer NOT Outwell and as such they should be the ones you complain to about faulty goods and warranty claims

Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
I would take it back - where did you buy it from? I took something back to Go Outdoors which was faulty, had it about 6 months so no receipt but they changed it for me.
