Nah I don't tie mine up.  Just leave them to dangle, with a better chance of drying out.

Never had problems with them tangling up ;)

Just leave them too - kids prefer no knots when they are rolling down the length of the tent to expel the air!!  Say it gives them bruises!!

Our Khyam tent has little bags which you stuff the 4 main guy ropes in & tie up.  On every single camping trip since we bought the tent in 2004, my husband has mocked me for using the bags. However, he has also thanked me on every single subsequent trip as it makes for less tangles!
