I've just ordered the Intex Queen Size Deluxe Pillow Rest Airbed from Amazon for £32
I did originally want the Aerobed Active Plus Double Airbed as it was £55 +P&P but it's now out of stock and the cheapest I could find it was £80.
In my research I've concluded that Aerobed are definitely the best... but you pay for the privilege!! I've also heard of people saying they've had an Intex for years with no problems.
We have the Intex Queen size airbed 2-in-1. Very pleased with it. Also looked at Aerobed, but the significantly cheaper price of the Intex swung us. I find it very comfortable and it stays up!

Another vote for the Intex Queen, it inflates in minutes but more importantly it is so comfy. It's like being in a *proper* bed. I put a fleecy blanket on the top, then a sheet & use the king size quilt off our own bed. Have ditched the sleeping bag & only take it to use as an extra blanket now, if it turns cold.
Another vote for the intex, we have the double height queen size and it does feel like a proper bed. Only downside for me is I don't like the built in pillow, but we are going to try it with pillow at feet next time ;-) Also it is big and heavy when packed due to the built in pump, but its worth it for comfort, also makes a good guest bed ;-)
Another vote for the Intex Queen double height. I've used it both ways, pillow at the foot and at normal and it depends on the slope of the land, no difference now as we have a caravan on a seasonal pitch but sleep in the awning on the airbed. Really fantastic and better than the water bed at home.
We use the jersey sheets from Lidls and I 've attached pillow cases to the sheet in the right place to take the pillows so that they don't slide off.
We use the Intex too. Can't comment on the Aerobed as we've never seen one. Mr F is over six foot tall and the wrong side of fifteen stone and sleeps perfectly well on it with no foot droppage over the end. It's fairly hefty when packed due to the thickness of material and the built in pump. Think cool box full of water for an idea of size and weight.
We had an Intex Queen size 2 in 1 and sadly it only lasted a couple of trips. Now have the aerobed active which has been great and is on it's second season so obviously I am going to buck the trend and say Aerobed. They are both quite bulky and heavy and if you do decide on an Aerobed then wait for a special offer as you can usually pick one up half price at sometime during the year (usually autumn/winter for the actives). I paid £50 for the double and £30 for the single.
I've ordered the queen size deluxe pillow rest from amazon, given all the positive reviews on intex and none on the aerobed. The aerobed I fancied is out of stock from most sellers whilst others are charging £130. Although I need two airbeds I've only ordered one of the intex as I want to give it a dry run in the house to see how I get on. In the past fortnight I've had two fom decathlon which were rubbish so were returned and we had two Coleman double comforts when we were camping last weekend, but we had to pump them up every night. Here's hoping third time lucky.
I'm just about to inflate our Aerobed active, because it seems to have sprung a small leak . It is nearly 3 years old though and has had some stick. Don't want to bin it because its really comfy, so going to try and fix the thing!
Aerobed all the way.... I seem to be the only one championing it! We had the intex queen twin(twice) and both sprang leaks and died(all 4 mattresses!!)
We have an aerobed platinum raised - it is awesome, really comfy and we can adjust the support whilst it's up and we're in it!
We got it 2nd hand(only used for a few nights) for £50.00 from ebay a year ago and highly recommend it.
