My caravan has no built in cooking facilities at all - I use 1 or 2 suitcase stoves to cook on.
I eat the same sort of things I'd have if I was at home: * Chicken and vegetable fahitas * Stew and Dumplings/Casserole * "Roast" dinner * Full English brekkie * Meatballs in tomato and basil sauce with rice or pasta * Bangers and Mash * Jacket potatoes * Chilli con carne * Spaghetti bolognaise * Spanish omelette and salad * Pasta with chicken, peppers, onion and broccoli * Salmon with boiled new potatoes and veg/salad * Rissotto * Paella * Kebabs (seafood, chicken, vegetable) * BBQ - burgers, sausages, chicken drumsticks, steak etc...
and for pudding: BBQ scones Baked bananas stuffed with Mars Bars or chocolate buttons/Flake Flamed pineapple Chocolate orange muffins
I have cooked all of these dishes using 2 stoves and/or a small BBQ. I find my 3 tier stainless steel steamer very useful as you can cook a whole meal in it using just one burner.
