Well I have ordered a rucksack on special offer from that much loved store. Unfortunately I am unable to reserve and collect at any of the their Scottish stores on this offer, English stores only but I was able to order online.

Now the fun begins wondering if I will actually receive it or not..my last 3 online orders were not fulfilled due to lack of stock.
Mind you it took them over a week to inform me each time and once I had to contact them after being strung along for 2 weeks to be told the same..no stock!

My family are having a bet....I'm actually tempted to put on a tenner against not receiving it..

Perhaps try using a local dealer? Not only would you be supporting a local business, but you should also receive a more personal customer service, as independent dealers strive to keep their reputation intact.

On top of that, count me in for a tenner.

Just had them collect our Montana 6P awning. its going to be repaired or replaced. If the latter hope they have stock...

To be honest the nearest decent camping/hiking store is Gooutdoors in Edinburgh. Apart from that the offer is £49.99 for the rucksack, the nearest price for it is £89.99, what would you do..I've put a tenner on for you both

To be honest not yet had a problem with them ,it's just like Asda or tescos ,full of assistants that are just going through the motions but the goods are the same as elsewhere but cheaper

Well its marked as "Dispatched" this morning but I've had that before when they had no stock and didn't receive the item..maybe lucky this time.

To be honest I swore I would never shop online with them again but do buy in store.
My only reason for risking it this time is that the item was on special offer (around half price) but no Scottish store had stock, only England and therefore unable to reserve and collect.
My only option was to try online, so time will tell if I actually receive it or not...

Oh god not yodel....famous for getting in wrong, I have stuff thrown over the garden fence etc...you have 50/50 if you have a decent driver everything will be ok...good luck...remember if you get it you loose a tenner.

I only had one problem with go on an online order, I ended up with my order in two boxes, upon opening it I found around £500.00 worth of climbing gear with my order, I called them and they said they would have never known.....if it was camping/fishing gear I might not have been so keen to call.
