I have a 17 day outstanding order with this company. They claim 3-5 days. I have rung countless times, but it goes straight to answer phone. I have left messages every time and have not had one reply. I have e mailed many times as well. I have had one e mail response stating that my order would be dispatched at a given date. A reasonable time has passed since then and I still do not have my order. Be very careful when you deal with this company.

Can trading standards help as they deal with a lot of things. Citizens advise may be able to put you on the right track also.

Can you give me more of the address of this firm to lookout for just in case as caravan cover does not say much. whereabouts, phone number, etc even post code could help then I can Google where to look.

Did you deal direct, pay by card as if you did your bank may be able to get moving on that if it is a fraud that has been done.

But it may also say in very small print give up to 28 days. I do mean very very small print

If you paid by credit card its over the famous £100 and you should have no trouble in getting your money back get in contact with them register a dispute and they send you a form but remember to save all emails letters reciepts etc I have done this recently printed off all letters etc sent to barclaycard and lo and behold i got my money back...

This topic has been on several times with this company they seem to be playing (catch us if you can )address keeps changing but web site picture of premises remains the same.

Can you elaborate on this? There's two full addresses on the website
on their About Us page. This isn't meant as a defence of the firm in question, simply intrigued at your comment.

Hi all, I bought one off Ebay, arrived within 3 days and all good, sometimes you wonder whats going on as som of these online accessory shops in what ever trade it is dont actually stock any items, the are 'an in between' company who take your mony then purchase from a supplier ready to b shipped to you.
