This would probably do the job, trailer wheels are fairly standard items. Your existing wheels will have number stamped on them check they are same as this one..6J et30 & you can measure pcd from stud centre to hub centre to stud centre. 112mm pcd is pretty standard 5 stud trailer size.

Hi I do not know if you have got fixed up with a spare wheel but I have the exact one you are needing.I bought it for my Fendt Caravan and it has remained unused since, Frank.
