I have an aquaroll mains adapter with the float for the aquaroll. Unfortunately the hose does not have the tap connectors, only a snap on connection.

Can I buy any 3/4" and 1/2" screw hose connectors, eg. hozelock? Do they need to be 'food grade'?

Thanks for any help!

I am thinking that you refer to the connector for the mains tap on your pitch. Just buy the adaptor from Wilkinsons about 99p and screw on to the tap. You may like to buy a roll of ptfe tape to help prevent leaks as the mains taps get well used. Hozelock or equivalent is fine you do not need food grade......I do not think they are made !!

Despite the extra weight I got the brass version from B & Q  as they are less likely to break.

I wasn't worried about the weight Bob, it was the cost. Keep leaving the pitch and leaving the adaptor still on the tap. Mind you I am not alone, as I have started collecting them from vacated pitches !!

Top tip for anyone on a super pitch who has left their tap adapter at home.   Just talk a walk around and you will soon find one.

Unless 'The Vicar' has been to site just before you !
