Hi UKCS members,
We are delighted so many of you have received our new 2013 catalogue and that it is being so well received. The catalogue is unique to Towsure and sets us apart from our competitors, this does however cause us a few problems touched on by Hacksaw Bob. The shelf life for our brochure is 12 months, and we usually launch this for the NEC show in February. Not only are our customers keen to get their hands on a copy, so are our competitors!!!! Therefore we omit prices on certain price aggressive lines i.e. tents, as you can guarantee our competitors will be a pound cheaper the day after the launch immediately outdating and undercutting our current prices set.
Rather than push all sales online to alleviate this issue, we love producing our catalogue so much, it would be a real wrench to cease it's production therefore we omit certain prices and have to direct customers to the web to keep competitive throughout the season.
Jelboy53 we do not buy data, we only use customer data stored from active opted in customers that have purchased via mail order or by request online or in store. We are pleased however that you like the catalogue and have been flicking through the goodies!
If anyone like dk168 can see a product in the catalogue and not online please drop us a line and we can add to the web if required.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable show at the NEC and we are crossing our fingers for plenty of sunshine this year so we can all enjoy the great outdoors, we are here to support you all the way!
