Just thought I'd recommend the above after the greatest customer service I have ever come across.
Ordered double Outwell Posadas Campbed. Arrived slightly damaged, informed them and they responded immediately. They asked for a photo which I supplied and they dispatched a new one, next day delivery.
I think they claimed off Outwell as I now have two!
I've only ever come across this once before, as I'm always quick to moan about companies that have poor service I thought I'd highlight one that is genuinely superb.

The returning of items kind of depends on who the retailer can claim off. I'm guessing in this instance it maybe the courier. They probably have a good relationship with the carrier and easy refund policy/insurance with them. Just need to provide evidence (your photograph) and costs.
The bonus is that you are pleased with the transaction and the retailer will be fully refunded.

Very rarely do you come across absolutely first-class customer service, but this has been an exemplary experience. We bought a rather expensive tent outfit last year. Got to Cornwall and used the tent for the second time this year and had major issues with it collapsing in the wind. I'd dropped my wife and 3 kids in Cornwall for a 4 week camping holiday, so this wasn't ideal.
After my wife contacted them they arranged a new tent to be shipped down and the faulty one collected, they were absolutely brilliant on the phone to her helping diagnose the issues and sort out a replacement. They have quite literally turned the family holiday around from being a disaster and almost having to come home, to being sorted in a few days. Outstanding!
Seriously this level of customer care, thoughtfulness, and quick no hassle resolution is so rare nowadays it's worthy of commendation.

The best customer service you can get is from a company that checks items for damage before dispatching them and packs them sufficiently so they don't get damaged in transit.
It is all very well a company putting something right afterwards but you have still had the annoyance and stress of receiving damaged goods and the trouble of having to complain about it or return it.
This happens far too often these days when it seems the only quality controller is the customer!
Just bought a new tent from them and received it today. One item from the bundle was out of stock but they have ensured me it will arrive by the middle of next week.
I bought a vango rivendale 800xl which was the same price as many other tent suppliers which was around the £950 to £1000 mark however the bundle I got saved me over £300.
I got the tent,footprint and porch way ground sheet,carpet,sky shield,sky liners,vango sunbeam light system 6m and a pack of 20 sky track hooks for a great price of £995 so basically got the above accessories free.
You could also get the extended porch way included with the above bundle for around £1200.
Considering other places wanted £1100 for the tent,footprint and carpet I think I got a decent deal from them.
