Not sure I understand the question correctly, but.
if you mean the car roof curves front to back in an arch, then this is not a problem
If you mean the side ways on shape of the bar is not flat on the top edge, then this is also not a problem.
If you mean the bars describe an arc going from side to side of the car, then I doubt it would be enough curve to cause a problem either.
The only problem I found with my roof box, was the plastic is a bit flimsy, so I put plywood runners for the box to sit on so there was a good spread for the weight of the box and contents to sit on. The clamps pass through the wood before attaching through the box. Hope that makes sense.
