can someone help tomorrow we are going touring for the first time. but im worried about the electric hook up lead
one end has female connectors which plugs into caravan and on the other end it has male connectors is this the correct plug for plugging into electric on camp sites in the uk.

Both your caravan and the pitch bollard have the correct connectors to ensure you can`t possibly connect incorrectly.

They really are foolproof!

ok thankyou it just I have had to buy a plug and put on my self so i did not know if i had put the correct one on the end i had to do was put on a male connector to plug into pitch bollard

yep, as long as its one of each, its fine, a female-female would be no use to anyone, and a male-male would just be plain dangerous!!!!

tbh, to make it yourself with the correct cable usually costs the same, if not more than making a premade one, I work in a leccy wholesalers, and I couldnt buy the correct cable and plugs cheaper than buying one from the caravan shop
