Hello can anyone help me out or tell me what i am doing wrong, i have a outdoor revolution 250 porch awning which is very good until it rains thats when it gathers a huge amount of water on the roof which dont seem to run off, sometimes i cant open the door and how it dont break the poles i dont know, any advice or tips would be great. Thanks
