hi dk ive got one of these and they are brill. water is heated in seconds .we purchased one due to them not getting hot as we have a small grandchild .im same halogen oven,multi cooker .dual electric hob as well as the duel cooker in van how many cooking appliances does one need

I am only cooking for one most of the time, and already use a 2-burner stove, and am carrying 2 spare single stoves. Still have other stoves sitting in the garage, such as a Cadac Safari Chef HP and 2 suitcase stoves.

I don't need another stove!!!

Take care, I could be wrong about this, but the thing that prevented me buying one las time around was that power rating was 2500w - 3000w. This represents around 13A out of your usual 16A EHU capability.

They are quite light, but the pans you need to use will have to be S/S or Copper bottomed and will add to the weight you carry.

Cheap set of pans from Ikea, under £6.00 and quite light. We have been using them for a couple of years with no problems.

You will find the cheapest pans will work on an an induction hob as they dont have a coating on them, a good tip to check before you buy suitable pans is to carry a small magnet with you, if the magnet sticks to bottom of pan they will work on induction hob.
