You may have a problem! We had a continental trailer and had a hell of a job getting a spare even though it was sold by B&Q. It seems the same may be the same for you. You may end up getting one from abroad! Knott Tamar Towing Tamar seem to have what you want so a trailer company your way may be able to help. I had no luck with people like Towsure etc bacause their wheels where Imperial not Metric....

The only potential probrem I can think of is if there is a nail/screw in the tyre it all comes out when you remove the nail/screw, as it will be found once at destination its simply change or repair the inner tube as you would a bicycle rather than sweat it at the road side.
