Cost from about £500. They are certainly a good investment if your usual caravan parking place (at home etc) presents any difficulty. Handy also for hitching up. saves a lot of messing about and makes single handed hitching very easy.
Although you will get many posts singing there praise,
i think it depends on your planned usage, if you use your caravan a lot its a very good buy but expensive for occasional use.
I have one fitted and hardly ever use it, the most use it gets is when hitching up, very handy when on your own.
An alternative at a fraction of the price would be a removable front fitted tow bar for the car.
AS in this picture from the internet.

I bought one from here: autowfix and have never looked back.
It was a nightmare coming home and knowing there would be that struggle to get it on the drive every time... the depression would kick in as soon as I started out on the return journey.
Now it's nice and easy - just like having a remote controlled toy!
Probably the best item we have purchased for our van (along with the Duvalay)
It means I can get the van on the drive and put it into storage on my own without having to take the wife & kids with me every time. End result is a massive reduction in stress.
I have also started to use it on site rather than taking a few attempts at reversing it in. The mover might seem expensive but when compared to a new clutch on your car, it will suddenly seem quite cheap !
We have just had one fitted as our van is quite heavy and to push it into position in storage was becoming a nightmare! I can't tell you how worry-free it was on our last trip. You won't regret it!
It's the best thing I have purchased for the TinTent, I wouldn't be able to get it on my drive otherwise. Last year I helped move a neighbours van off their drive and knackered my knee, following a MRI scan it reveiled that i have torn my cartlidge and awaiting operation.
Only thing is that you must remember to add the weight as they aren't the lightest.
Hi we have one on our van, and whilst would not consider it the best thing we have bought for the caravan, it is still a worth while venture though. If you are adept at reversing once on site you may consider otherwise.
Cost is upwards of £500.00.
I fitted the cheap one from Riversway last year to my fathers van and it was a doddle, (Saturday afternoon job.)
Have had enduro purple line for over 6 years now and whilst I can usually park by reversing the thing spot on.. Its far easier with a mover when you need to adjust it
When we get home late and just pull on drive just swivel round on mover in morning.
Some spots you just cant reverse into on some French Spanish sites, there is usually a tree somewhere
Watch your weight though as they can be heavy.

Yep I agree with all the positives for a motor mover. We could not do without ours we use it to put the caravan in place either when we take it to storage or on a camp site to get it into position. Its also a must for getting the caravan into the drive makes life so much easier.
One word of warning be careful where you leave the remote control as we left ours on the boot of the car whilst we finished off hooking up to go home. Got into car, drove off and forgot all about remote till we got home. Cost us £80 for a new one
