Hi youlbury, I've just bought my sons (ages 12 &15) sims from Tesco.

I originally got them, as my eldest son had a couple of friends to sleep over, and i wasnt sure which one of our airbeds had a leak in it (and wasn't prepared to blow them all up to find out!) 

They were 1/3 off, so I thought I would give them a go, as everyone on here raves about them.

My boys absolutely love them, so much so, that I will be buying a double for me and hubby asapI will probably go for a 5-7.5cm one for us though as we have more aches and pains than them.

It looks like sims, and for now we will try them with just sims without a camp bed I can see my 6 year old daughter rolling off in the middle of the night.

I managed to buy 2 x Outwell Relax 5cm Sims for £19.99 each inc P&P so pound for depth ratio the same as the Tesco and Hi Gear, so they should be comfortable for 2 weeks. 

We certainly will be looking at sims for ourselves in the future, we have an aerobed active dual chamber that is very comfortable however this failed within the guarantee period, aerobed replaced it, so we have a new one for this season, whether aerobed will replace the next one with a mystery leak...I doubt it.

Thanks I heard that alpkit have some decent sims, will take a look when we need to replace the aerobed.
