As we look to expand our camping kit (knew the trailer was a bad idea ), we're looking at a TV for in our tent. Total amateur in this field... any advice on what we'd need would be appreciated
Cheers in advance

As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
It really depends on what you want you have various options.
small flat screen with built in freeview and a decent aerial
Laptop with a TV usb dongle still need an aerial
portable satellite system which will allow you to get your sky programs if you take your sky box with you
when we had the tent we used the Laptop with a usb tv dongle it sufficed but was not ideal.
we currently have a 22" flat screen with built in freeview now we have a caravan but i'm looking into getting a satellite system.
I would love to get it for this holiday but doubt that will happen. Don't think wife would be overly happy me spending half the holiday watching the Lions tour
cheers robert, thats useful.. sounds like a flatscreen tv with a decent aerial may suffice.. wasnt sure if satellite was better to get freeview channels, and if we then needed the box you see in the sets
