I have just received my 'free ' lantern .... a gift when i subscribed to camping magazine '
Obviously not tried it out yet but im dissapointed there is no battery pack with it ,.... ( probably my fault for not realising ) but it doesnt have an electric connection, so iv just gone on line to look for the rechargeable power cartridge... £24 + !!!! I think thats a bit pricey...im curious to know if anyone has bought one of theses lanterns
and if so was the cartridge included.....if not it would have to be a very impressive piece of kit for the price, the lantern alone retails in the region of £40 - £50
Im camping this weekend so il just get ordinary batteries for now so I can use it over the weekend........watch this space.
