we used something similar on the old Land Rover to remove excess heat above Poppy's travel crate.
The bearings (if any) were not of the best quality and consequently it could be noisy.
The new(er) Land Rover has rear windows, so Poppy (and now Jethro) have their own windows.
The noise would only be during the day...
