Not sure if this is allowed, please forgive me if not, but just wanted to give the heads up on this website, loads of good deals I have got us all new sleeping bags for our next trip.
They were very good in the days when they sold well known brands at discount prices, but now most of the clothing etc. is marked with their own brand name and from personal experience is not as good quality.
They also seem to have a perpetual sale running in the branches near me.
Weve found the same as "Bernie" they were good when they were a brand name clearance outlet but not that good now with their own brand stuff which weve found to be a bit cheap and cheerful

Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
I am lucky to live near a Mountain Warehouse outlet shop, and have bought some good stuff from them before.

yup, we have bought MW own brand sleeping bags and thermals and found them to be very good and they were a bargain.

and five nights in the one man tent!
Best bit is I get discount for being a Scout leader in there!
Their sleeping bags & waterproofs aren't too bad, neither are their torches. I've got a pair of walking shops from there and had to go up 2 sizes. Hubby's got the thermals and says they're brill.
I bought one of their little dome tents a couple of years ago and was a little disappointed with it, one of the poles broke the first time I used it.
as with most places, you have to watch what you buy.
