hi all

i was looking for a double sleeping bag and the other day spotted one we like at halford a Vacanza by Outwell Star they had it up for 39.99 plus 20% off so was 31.99 went to order it last night but the sale had ended so kicking myself.

but was having a look tonight and kicking myself again for missing out when i sore they had 50% off sleeping bags if you buy a tent. had a look at the tents and spot a beach shelter for 14.99 so all in only 34.98 so got a beach shelter for £2 and the sleeping bag we wanted.

We got the Vacanza double last week and went camping with it this past weekend. Lovely and warm, great features too.

The only thing we found is that the bag is exceptionally small for the size, it's difficult to get out and near impossible to get back in. I think it took almost as long to pack up our tent as it did to get that sleeping bag back in it's bag.

Does anyone have any tips for this? Or suggestions as to where we can get a bigger storage bag. We love the sleeping bag, but don't want to spend forever trying to repack it.

It appeared to be folded in half and then half again and then rolled up. But difficult to tell when you have to yank it out and tug on the sides of the bag, etc. We got there eventually, but took quite some time.

Hi. I often hear about people struggling to get sleeping bags back into the bags but if you try stuffing the sleeping bag into the bag rather than trying to roll or fold it you should find it goes in fine. I've got sleeping bags of all shapes and sizes and never had a problem getting them into the bags using this method.
