Hi
I am in process of purchasing a 3 way fridge as we prefer no facility sites and ice blocks and bags of ice are to much of a faff now.
I am aware that ventillation is key but also the fridge must be level, so suggestions would be gratefully received as to what to stand said fridge on? bearing in mind just how level (not) fields are

I find the fridge needs to be levelish rather than spot on 100% level if looks level by eye generally it is good enough, . I've used odd bit of wood etc to get to level. if you are using the fridge in the open then you need to protect from strong drafts as they can blow out.
PS the door wedges sound like a good idea

We carry three pine shelves and we use these to level the fridge and the set of plastic drawers that we use. They slide down the side of the trailer so take up little room.
We also have a small round bubble spirit level stuck inside the control panel of the fridge to make it easy to level.
We found our original blue fridge wasn't very sensitive to being level but the newer grey one is very sensitive.

I'm still trying to work out why a 3 way fridge needs to be level ? My dad had one on a boat and a friend has one in his landrover and level is nearly impossible in both . Fridge works fine ! As long as the ground is level ish it should be fine .
