I'm not sure I get this?
If you can fit the unit in your trailer, and you can lift it fully loaded and ready to use, why don't folk consider the common and easily available camping kitchen cupboards?

We use one of these...

ready loaded with dried/tinned food etc, which we can fit in our MPV. Just lift out and carry into tent. Job done!

Obviously, they do higher ones, they do double the length, with two cupboards side by side. So maybe foodstuff in one, pots and pans in the other? Made for the job, and lighter than a few sheets of ply screwed together... and dare I say, more "attractive, too! And of course, easily fold-up-able, for if and when they are not needed!

What's with wanting a big heavy coffin-like box? Am I missing summat?

EDIT:
I appreciate you could, in theory, make your own to exactly the size needed for your equipment and/or to fit in trailer perfectly, so a slight advantage there, but is there any other reason(s)?
