Don't know, as I believe the packed size is dependent upon the material it is made of.
However, I know I can squeeze my Ikea Duck Feather and Down all season duvet, which is made up of a 4.5 Tog and a 7.5 Tog, into a 20L stuff sack.
I believe down is the most compact of all.

SORRY, however, I did not state my duvet is a double and not a single!!!
A 20L bag will be more than sufficient to store a single duvet, and the spare space can be used for bedding and pillow etc., so it will still be useful.
