My current tent requires a lot more space due to being canvas and bigger than my previous tent that was damaged beyond repair in the wind in 2011.
In order to take my folding bike with me on camping trips, I needed extra space, as I could not pack anymore gear into my 415L roof box and the boot of my MINI Cooper.
So I bought a trailer, a Brenderup 1105S with extension sides and ABS lid, which is more than double the capacity of my 415L roof box.
It is loaded with all my camping gear, including spare furnitures and equipment, and I still have space in the car as well as the trailer.
Loading and unloading is a lot quicker compared to using a roof box.
