Hello everyone!

Last year I bought a Campingaz Party Grill as I thought it would be great for making bacon and eggs on!

However iv never used it once for that! But iv used it for lots of other things including heating up pizza from a supermarket and garlic bread which it does a fantastic job of! I was amazed at the results - better than the grill at home!

The metal plate on top is removeable and it can then be used with pots and pans.

As a single camper this appliance is perfect. It uses quite a large gas canister so lasts a long time and which is removeable even when it's not empty and the whole thing goes into a very useful carry bag which even has a slot for the gas canister.

I just hope that in future Campingaz don't stop making the cartridge for this stove.

We've had one for several years and use it loads, so much so the hotplate has now lost most of it's black coating, but it still works fine. However we use it mainly for grilling meat and fish as I don't like cooking these in the van. A friend also has one and we regularly cook full breakfast for up to 20 people on them at festivals. Great bit of kit.

Never thought of using it for pizza though - thanks for the tip.

Also had one for years, they are great. I don't think they will stop making the cartridges for them they are the CV type.
