Just come back from our week away,used the microwave a few times,everything was ok with it but we did buy a Halogen oven and that was brilliant we just had to turn some things off while we used it to be on the safe side so we didn't trip out.
Can't wait for next year to arrive.

Aldi have a 700w microwave on sale from Thursday 20th October for £34.99. Think I will probably try one of those as never used one camping before.

As my previous post mentions, is that the output power or the input power?

My home microwave is 700 or 750 watts and its input power is 2200 watts.
