Hi

Hope fully we haven't made a mistake and i am yet to try the awning on the van , but we have a Bailey caribou which i have been told by Bailey is a 752 cm size , we were looking in the free ads paper and we found a very good deal on a dorema awning but the only trouble is it is listed as upto size 750cm we have taken a gamble and bought it as 2cm didn't seem to be much of a difference? has anyone had experience of this or can anyone advise us if it should cause a real problem ? Also beacuse of the age of the van it doesn't appear to have anywhere to fix the skirts (draft excluders?) to is there any easy way round this or should we get down the local DIY store and get some duct tape?

Hopefully you won't see the awning on the free ads on this site !!

Thanks

Ali

If both measurements are correct the awning will fit ok, about the awning skirt you can buy the skirt rail at any good caravan accessories shop and fix it to the bottom edge of your caravan with self tapping screws, (preferably stainless steel ones) so they dont rust. Hope this is of help.

 Ali

I fully agree with Tone about the size of the awning , as far as the skirt is concerned stainless steel self tappers are a must.
