Not a very accurate thread title... ....But....

I'm trying to recall the name of the product (and method by which it worked..possibly a hot water jacket?), that once set up,would warm your food/meal up without any additional heat source(..so could be used whilst travelling).

I seem to recall it looking a bit like a small cool box and being either an Aussie or American device...

Does anyone recall it being discussed on here quite a while back?

(..it's driving me nuts,trying to think of it!? )

That Thermos Thermal Cooker, looks like it may be the one

..we're not after one,it's just that I was trying to explain it to my OH...and she thought I was making it up...

I knew it was based roughly on the "Hay/straw-box" idea..but I couldn't for the life of me think what the "modern" name for the idea would be...

I've had fish wrapped in foil and done on the exhaust of a 4ton truck on a 2 hour run. Quite tasty!
I've also smelt the result of a kipper tied to the exhaust. What a stink, but the driver couldn't figure it out!
