Looking on the deals on Blacks, it would appear they have very limited stock and this changes every day.

At the moment they have an Outwell Cleveland 5P and a Vango Lomond 600 at fair prices as of now.

We have the Calisto 600 that has separate pods, maybe the 500 would be ok to pitch on your own, they have stel poles that will add to the weight though.

The Icarus 600 represents the best value at the moment though.

Yes, i have seen the Icarus 600 at Crosscamping for £179 may go for that. Millets have the older blue one for £157 but this is an older model and awning at a later date could be an issue.

Just to be very honest I think you might find it very hard to get hold of an extension/canopy in either colour as the 600 is now discontinued. I would say the blue was very nice but when it fades (as all tents do) it goes a sort of purple where as the moss just goes a bit lighter. As others have said wether its us or blacks the stock is limited and when its gone its gone. Re the carpet, footprint and canopy I think there are still the odd few bits around in the Moss colour.

Regarding the canopy. I got mine (moss green) from amazon.de last week. 130 euros delivered.

Now got a bit of flexible, super quick to put up combo.

I appreciate the honesty, and after doing a little research have started to find this myself. With that being the case I decided that even though the 600 is a great tent, and the price you are selling it for is the best I have found up to now, it's not ideal for me. I need something that I can add to for longer breaks.

As luck would have it, and after a great deal of persistence from my end, Blacks have agreed to honour the deal, although whether it actually arrives is another story.

I'll certainly keep an eye on your site for all the bits I need to start buying for the run up to the new season - you don't have a page of essential equipment for new setups do you?

What is it you have gone for at blacks... The only Icarus thats carrying on is the 500 in Moss as far as I'm aware but its only available I think at Go Outdoors.
Re a section on my site of essentials, no sorry but we will be updating all the main stuff over the next week or two.
Cheers and good luck with your search.

Yes, would have been helpful for me to explain what I bought! It was the Outwell Nevada MP 5. I have been keeping a keen eye on them but always been above budget, but some came up in their half price sale, and a 10% voucher also worked do came out at £198.

The Icarus was my plan b. mainly because I had one last year that was great but developed a fault and I ended up being offered a refund towards the end of the season so decided it would be a good option, and then start fresh this year.

I think my tent ticks most of your boxes. I've a royal atlanta 6. With a bit of practice I can put it up now myself in about 20 minutes. The two main bedrooms have a curtain between them but there's a third bedroom the other side of the tent. It has a large living area and I also have a separate kitcgen extension.
