Went to our local camping shop to buy a EHU (three socket one) for our tent this year. They gave us a price of £127.00!!! Surely there are cheaper ones out there. Not got a great deal of time to surf the web so thought you lot might know of somewhere cheaper. I don't mind paying in the region of £80.00.

I have a 3 way, secondhand one going for £50 (including postage). It is little used and in very good condition. It is for sale due to me getting another one free when I brought my TT.

We got ours last year from Essexcamping on the web. If I remember rightly we paid about £77 incl p&p for it. Have a look at their website and see how the compare pricewise with Keef above.

Try http://www.armynnavy.co.uk/acatalog/ the last time i see them they was about £65 for a three plug one with rcd, or ring 02085273735 ask for steve or ian.tell um Delta9 told ya. They are in the E17 area, and they do mail order also won't be beaten on price... there you go...

£60-80 is about right. Either the one you were quoted on had some sort of additional feature or it was grossly overpriced.

Can pick them up on ebay for about £50. But as with everything ebay there is a risk.

Otherwise I have seen them on the web for about £70. Look harder.

I bought the Sunncamp single socket one for £40 this afternoon at my local camping shop. Camping Eccose at Tranent. The offer is only on until Monday night.
