Still all standing and nothing moved, so pleased about that. Not strong wind but gusty (forecast said up to 30mph) would be a fair way to describe last night.
I had a problem keeping my Decathlon Tarp on the spike on the top of the door pole on my Bell Tent. I used an elastic band to try and keep it down, but the wind kept blowing it up and off.
How do Bell Tenters stop the tarp blowing off the top of the spike?

Not a bell tent but on my force 10 spike, I use a rain cowl. They go on very tightly.
These ones are probably too soft even though they are for bell tents.
Bung the tarp on the spike and put one of these on and it will take a lot to budge them. They are unobtrusive too.
