One part Milton to ten parts water should kill off the mould without damaging the fabric.
I would be dubious of using any other type of bleach.

Yes Milton is the right way. The wife washes down our flyscreens with this solution. She has also washed our caravan curtains on a wool wash in the washing machine--so she says, they came out great, if you are worried about them being delicate--the wife advises putting them into an old pillowcase and tie it down with an elastic band (scrunch up the open end with the band and fasten). I took our blinds to pieces killed the mould with milton type stuff, hung them on the washing line and spray painted them white again they are as good as new

White vinegar also kills mould spores. The above advice is all good. I chose to change the colour of some of my blinds and put acrylic paint into a wall paper trough quickly dipped them then hung them on the line to dry.
In addition to the blind/curtain cleaning I would also wipe down all surrounding surfaces with white vinegar to get rid of as many remaining spores as possible.
