Does anyone know the current email address for Thetford in the UK. So far I've tried 2 different ones, infogb at thetford.nl and infogb at thetford.eu but have had no response. I've also tried to contact Thetford-europe and they don't want to talk to me either!!! While I'm on I might as well get some advise so if anyone can explain why my N112 fridge is going down to as low as -11C on setting no. 1 on 220v electric I'd be glad to hear from you. Even during the day it only rises to between -5 and 0. The current outside temp. is 20C+.

Presumably the thermostat is inoperative so fridge needs to be repaired by somebody who knows how to? I guess this is the answer Thetford would have given you if they had bothered to answer your emails.

Many thanks for the responses. Michell8 Yes, you would think the stat wasn't working but this fridge is electronic and has a diagnostic system which should tell you if it is faulty. No fault is showing though. Thanks to the others for the contact details which I've taken a note of and will follow up.
