Popped out to run an errand yesterday and comeback £140 lighter. I picked up a weber go anywhere BBQ, 2 outwell black hills camping, 2 stools for the kids to sit on , and a new set of plates cups and bowls.

Out goes the tesco blue plastic picnic table and chairs set which the food slipped off all the time and occasionally tipped over if I sat down on it on the downhill side. Out too the £2 England flag camping chairs which made me look like a countryside loving right wing thug. And finally out goes the blue metal plates and the fold up notebook BBQ with the wrong sized grid after a mix up in the drying up area last year.

Well I say out goes but nothing's gone yet just in case .

How about you lot? Any trusty items replaced.

I bought new curtains for our (new to us ) porch awning. When we got home inside the bag was the curtains, 12 strong rubber rings for the pegs plus 33 new plastic pegs PLUS lots of other bits and bobs......not bad for £8
Got them from a buy. wanted exchange site on Facebook.

I stayed home all day Saturday waiting for the yodel man to bring our new (to us) tent attempted a test pitch in our front garden but didn't get it 100% hence no pics, we did work out how we could get it to pitch better (whilst overlapping the footpath) so drying shouldn't be a problem.
Sunday I went to the local afternoon car boot and nearly left empty handed but decided to be cheeky and ask a seller if the box with all the toys in was for sale to which she said it would be, was I interested. Obviously replied it depends on the price, she replied I agreed and we moved all the toys into other containers. I now have a fauz leather folding double ottoman which has been a bit knocked about for the kids toys/seat/footrest for £2

Nobody was in for the dhl man today. New gelert mini breeze blocker, bigger kettle and another single toaster ( the flat ones that work). Delivery now tomorrow.

I'm also waiting for a sunncamp pop up inner and a multimat to arrive in my parcel motel.
