hi all we,ve having a problem with our thetford toilet we can here the electric pump humming but it w,ont flush even after filling with fluid ? any sugestions

Have you put enough water in the flush? I ask because we have found that if we don't fill ours enough it won't flush, although, as you say, you can here the electric pump working. If we put more water in it works OK.
