A lot are only 1.35 high, if memory serves. take a look at the vango ones. Steel poles with spikes top and bottom. guy lines.
The 5 pole version is 5.8m long x 1.65m high.
We have the 6 pole (8.3m long!!) and although it can be awkward for one to put up, it's easy for two, and guyed properly, (One large "C" shape) stays rock solid.
I bought a Gelert Breeze Blocker DLX from Sports Direct a couple of weeks ago (Sports Direct now own Gelert, so the Gelert website is just a Sports Direct 'shop front' now).
If you're wondering what the catch is, so am I. First impressions are that it's fine. I suppose the obvious catch would be that you're buying from Sports Direct. If you're unlucky enough to find a pole missing or loose stitching, their customer service allegedly leaves a lot to be desired. I've never had any problems, so can't really comment.
I've yet to use it in anger (only test pitch in the garden). They do only call it a 'breeze' blocker, not a Storm Stopper or Typhoon Tormentor.
Large, metal-poled wind break. Folds up small. Very cheap.
Tabitha, OlPro do a 7 pole windbreak, in old money its 18 feet wide and 5 feet tall, or a 5 pole version 12 feet wide same height as 7 poler. if you look on this site in Equipment Reviews & Features there is lots of info on OLPro Witley Windbreaks coming in well under your budget. They also have some better than run of the mill colours to them.

I ordered the Gelert Breeze Blocker DLX from sportsdirect the other day. Said they were in stock. Couple days later get an email saying they were out of stock and were canceling the order
Okay my suggestion isn't with steel poles but wooden ones with metal tips (poles can be replaced though should they break) but it's a Blue Diamond canvas windbreak which are quite it the wind
