Have a look on the camping abroad section, But in answer to your question, you will be able to get the Sky encrypted channels but not BBC/iTV Ch5 so long as your Dish is around 85cm or has a gain of around 38db.
It will not be until the end of this year when most of the Sky encrypted stuff, will be as hard to get as the Freesat channels.
We only have Freesat, and I am hoping my 1m Dish will work in Frejus this July, will find out when we get there, it could be a case that I can only get Sky News and CNN but at least that will be better than nowt.
