Hello

We have been camping in a tent before and got this EHC

we are now getting a caravan

what sort of EHC do I need to plug into the caravan to get power? is there any use for the EHC I already have?

I suppose you could use your existing lead but you'd probably need to leave a window partly open, but since your caravan most likely already has its own consumer unit with MCBs and RCD, and its own mains wiring, you would find one of these more convenient.

would it be better to buy a longer lead 20-25 meters rather than say 10 meters?

we will still be camping so can say the other one for camping trips

Hi.
You will find that 10 meters is pretty useless - Most are 25 meters.
You may sometimes get away with 10 but not often.
