If I were you I'd think standard household roller blinds. Choose whatever you like from that place with the intitials q and b but not necessarily in that order or any other blind selling retailer for that matter.
Make a thin wooden frame from say 2m lengths of beading which the aforementioned retailer will sell quite cheaply, which is big enough to surround the window(s) you want to use the blind for. One cut down 2 metre roller blind should cover the entire front window at a guess.
Then all you need are guides for the blind to keep it parallel with the window. The roller blind already has the mechanism to have it open, shut or anywhere in between.
I'd think of supergluing that plastic stuff used for binding documents to the wooden frame and threading the blind sides through that. It ought to act as a guide if you organise to cut the bottom wooden insert of the roller blind to just less than the distance apart of the document binder mounted to the wooden frame. Then simply stick the frame with blind mounted on it to the caravan around the window and bob could well be related to either of your parents as they used to say!
Food for thought anyway. On our first van we replaced the curtains by simply buying enough material and taking it to 'In Shops' and asking the seamstress to run up rectangles of size X x Y with gathering meterial along the top edge. Cost 30 quid the lot!
Search me what you would do about fly screens though.
Would the blackout blinds they use in motor homes with the suction cups be any use? I'm sure they could be easily made from blackout material. Bet you can buy little suction cups or decent Velcro
