Does anyone know where I could get some compression straps that would be strong enough to cope with compressing a large tent?

I have an airbeam which no matter how we deflate and pack seems to take up maximum space in it's bag yet with a bit of squishing could be smaller. I'd really love to reclaim some space in the boot of the car and could do with a recommendation of where we could get some suitable straps from.

Similarly if anyone knows of any good deals on compression bags for clothes/duvets/sleeping bags I'd be interested to know.

Make your own, I got some webbing and fastex fasteners from a sewing shop for a couple of quid

We bought a pack of these not so long back.

Handy Straps

Very good quality(not the usual thin, easily frayed Chinese tat).

(We use them to keep our Easicanopy tarp rolled up and stored in situ on the awning rail of our camper'..)

Another solution is to use one of the Gelert Cargo Bags, which have compression straps attached to them.
