Hi, I need to extend 4*25mm Ali tubes to make them 6" longer, i thought there would be a simple push fit joint but can't locate any, anyone have any ideas?

Depends on which poles you want to extend and the shape of them.

Are they straight and equal dimensions both sides? Or does one side go into the other?

Plenty of stockists of aluminium tube.

Straight and equal size, a fixed joint would be better rather than 1 that can be adjusted

Slightly smaller diameter tube, with the original and the new sixinch onew over the top as a sleeve, tighter fitting the better...
Then either a couple of rivets or a couple of the push button clips us what I would do.

If you could be bothered buy the same diameter but thicker and mill one end down a little to make a push fit, then secure....
