My ebay purchased Isabella Crown 976 awning arrived last week minus the poles which went missing at the courier depot. I organised the delivery myself and am now filing in insurance claim forms.Consequently I'm currently looking out for replacement poles or frame. What I could do with knowing from someone who has an Isabella awning is what are the differences in the awning frames between sizes. For instance would a 925 fit a 975 through adjustments on the poles? If I bought a larger awning frame size could I modify it? I am not familiar with Isabella frames.

Why not simply contact, www.Isabella.net/UK at Thame and ask; they had been I found always very helpful. The plastic poles cover a wide range of sizes but you need to know which grouping yours falls into.

They are size specific. I just had to replace the front poles on mine to make it fit a bigger awning because I wanted to keep the Fibreglass poles rather than the steel ones which came with the new (to us) awning. Isabella do not supply direct but will tell you where the nearest retailer is. They will than order the poles from Isabella. I'm sure there must be some good reason for this but frankly it escapes me!!
