hi thinking about buying a mattress topper for our sterling eccles quartz caravan seen them on dulavay website £150. does anyone use toppers and do they slip off the original mattress. any advise welcome

We got one from B&M Bargains for £35, to see if it made any difference before we paid out for anything more expensive.

Have to say it did the trick, best sleep in van for a long time.

We had one off ebay - memory foam I think 3inches think, made to measure and it's great as with all memory foam it's warm but we too had a great night sleep !

we also got el cheeepo one cut it in half as it was a double,NO singles left in the shop! and we have two single beds in our van.

 Ours is only two inches thick, makes hell of a difference tho approx £40 quid we paid,well worth the money.17

ebay - great buys from approx. £10 if you have a shaped mattress just tuck the excess underneath

We bought an Asda one. £45 for a double. Makes a difference, we both find it more comfortable.

Got ours from Lidl, just 2" foam in a nice washable cotton cover. Have given it a good test as we've been sleeping in the 'van since May (building work at home)and can report that it smooths out the cushions that make up our bed a treat.

Afraid I can't comment on the duvalay moving around, I suppose it depends what you do on it.......
