Help please, I have the aerobed duel zone double and have used 3 times now over 2 years but last night camping both sides deflated. I have opened the valves and closed as instructed then inflated but it sounds like air escaping when I lie or sit on it, I am not sure if it is coming from the valves. is there a connection between chambers that keeps both inflated? looks like it rises if you sit on one side then move to other, you can hear air as if it is gushing out but is still inflated. I cannot find any punctures and because both sides went down think that this is not my problem.
I had a similar problem, was so pleased with my aerobed, then one side deflated and we just cant find the leak. Its now sat in the garage, I daren't buy another one, shame as it was the best nights sleep. Hope you get yours sorted
Hi. Go onto Aerobeds website and see their waranty period some models have Two years others have Three and Five. I have had one changed by them before with no problem they just require a part of the bed i.e the name part or the valve.
I've now fixed 4 leaks on my Aerobed active double, it isn't a dual zone though. They have all been in a very similar place, on the underside of the head rest where you put your pillows and all on a seam. I would start by looking there, I got mine on the grass, filled a bucket with warm soapy water and lathered it all over the bed until it bubbled up. I also used a bike puncture kit to repair them as the kit that comes with the bed is useless. Like someone said though, check the warranty and send the thing back, I've lost faith in mine now.
Yep I had two fail at the seam/plastic weld at the end of the bed...... Wanted so much to like them but now have mondoking sims which are soo nice! :-)
